1How Do I Get Remote Support? How Safe Is It?
Simple! Just click the follow link. One of our technicians will walk you through the steps of launching the software. Our secured connection will grant us temporary access to your machine where we can view, troubleshoot, and resolve your problems. Once the session is disconnected, we can no longer access your system.
2How Do I Create A Support Ticket?
Follow the link to our Online Help Desk. From there you can track existing tickets and open new tickets. You can also attach screenshots and files to your ticket to help us better understand your issue. If you do not have an account to our help desk, simply notify us and we will create one for you.
